During my visit, I indulged in a feast that included rich dal makhani, creamy paneer lababdar, a variety of stuffed parathas, smoky baingan ka bharta, crisp jalebi, refreshing lassi, and, surprisingly, a very good cappuccino.
Everything was cooked in desi ghee, which elevated the flavors, making every dish a delightful experience.
