The shami kebabs at Iqbal’s stand out for their crunchy exterior and melt-in-the-mouth interior, perfectly embodying the craft of Awadhi cooking.
Further indulging in the menu, Rocky savored the chicken malai tikka, Kalimirchi chicken, and perfectly roasted chicken, each dish masterfully spiced and bursting with flavor.
The rich Qormas and succulently spiced mutton bhuna, served with airy Khameeri Roti and sweet Sheermal, were spot on, hitting all the right notes of traditional richness and spice.
However, it was the Biryani that truly delighted Rocky, with its impeccable layering of flavors and aromas, making his visit to Iqbal’s a memorable feast of the highest order.
